December Glam Bag: ipsy Product Review

My first ipsy glam bag.

Filling my heart and time with love and things that bring me joy.

This is a before picture of me. I'll brave a makeup free pic to showcase the awesome products of my ipsy glam bag. First up, the Clark's Botanicals Deep Moisture.

The Clark's Botanicals Deep Moisture Mask is a first-rate product. It kept my face hydrated throughout the day, with and without makeup. It has a matte-finish to it when used as a daily moisturizer that I like. When used as a moisturizer, I apply a small to give thin layer of coverage. It doubles as a facial mask, too! Simply apply a generous amount over your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, and rinse.

 

Eyeliner. Probably the first makeup product a girl masters in middle school. This eyeliner is by bombshell cosmetics, shade "wild child," which is a soft black.

The bombshell wild child eyeliner is a great product. I love the subtle daytime pop it adds to my makeup routine. This eyeliner works well with mascara or even alone.

A worldwide favorite, they're Real! by benefit.

As you can tell, I was ecstatic to discover the benefit they're Real! mascara in my glam bag! I use it as a daytime and evening mascara, so naturally it's a plus to receive it in my ipsy bag. Again, this mascara is beyond versatile. The benefit mascara looks amazing with or without eyeliner and for a classic daytime look or an evening of glam. Power of love natural lipstick, 100% vegan

For the December glam bag, all ipsters received the Power of Love natural lipstick by Pacifica natural minerals. This is shade "sweet one" and like all Pacifica products, it is 100% vegan. This lipstick compliments all skin tones, gives great coverage and moisture to your lips.

The final item in my December glam bag is the Briogeo Curl Charisma finishing creme for curly to wavy hair. I applied to my hair after washing it and it works wonders as a leave in conditioner. I'm usually apprehensive to try new hair products, but the Curl Charisma really kept my hair hydrated.

Hello, this marks my first product review entry and I'm super excited for this new feature! I recently joined the ipsy makeup subscription and was beyond pleased with my first glam bag! White Hot Winter Wonderland

Happy December, this holiday season we've had a warm winter. This is a great chance to pair middie dresses or crop tops with this year's hit of the furry vests! Great winter colors to choose are stone grey, rustic black, or bone white. As always, silver and sequence patterns are a staple during the holiday season, this year try it in an ankle-strapped sandal! Happy holidays and live glam!

Ayana gets her style inspiration from Rihanna and Beyonce, two of our faves at Galvez Glam.
She loves RihRih for her grunge look and Yonce for her free style.

Don't shy away from wearing all black. The classy color can bring perfect sass
with the gold accessories and bold lip stick.

Crop-tops have been a mainstay item in 2014. I love Ayana's black lace version with mid-length sleeves.

During a summer birthday celebration at Houston's House of Blues, I met the gorgeous Ayana Lynette. From her hair, makeup, and fashion, she was full glam. Hope you enjoy her look!

There's a new cupcake in town

Happy Sunday, Recently downtown Galveston has been graced with a great dessert. Winner of Cupcake Wars The Cupcake Cowgirls opened on 2108 Church St. During this visit I had the Snickerdoodle and Uzoma had the Italian Cream cupcake. As you can see, we enjoyed.
