Brook Plair sure knows to play with the different hues of yellow. The bold color against a neutral background gives such a refreshing take on the casual look. Sporting handmade jewelry is always great too. I was immediately drawn to her festive layered and beaded necklace, which along with her earrings were made with love by her mom. The straight lines theme of her outfit can be seen from the tail of the necklace and stripes on her moccasins.

Maximize the Minimalistic Look.

If you feel your outfit is not coming together as it should, remove the accessories. Scarves, belts, necklaces, and charms can overpower a look that would be better served with just the essentials.

Jasmine's favorite part of Morgan's outfit? Bargain Shopping! Her middie, knife pleated skirt was gem-of-a find at Buffalo Exchange of San Antonio. I too adore shopping at such places because I always find great pieces that are never in everyday retail shops. More fashionistas should definitely give second-hand shopping a try. You next favorite garb is out there!

When it comes to fashion, "I love the minimalistic look and clean colors" - Morgan Fisler. I couldn't agree more. Matching her black scoop-neck blouse and lace ivory flats keeps the focus on her pleated, flowy skirt. Simple details in garments create great statements in any space.
